About us
Full Circle Employment Agency has three divisions Full Circle Catering, Full Circle Care and Full Circle Education Agency. In 2002, Nadja Guy and Colin Thornton opened Full Circle Catering as an independent specialist recruitment agency and in 2005 Rachel Wood joined the Director Team.
In 2009, we opened Full Circle Nursing and Care Agency to compliment the Catering Division with staffing solutions to the Healthcare Industry.
The company has steadily grown over the years and now employs over 100 relief staff. This consists of Chefs, Cooks, Catering Assistants, Nurses and Carers.
In 2017, Full Circle Care were industry accredited to deliver Mandatory Training in-house and to Clients premises.
2022 has seen the latest development within the business with Full Circle Education opening to further compliment their recruitment services.

Nadja Guy
Director
Nadja graduated with a Hospitality Management Honours Degree in 1993. After this Nadja worked as Catering Manager at Newmarket Racecourse. Nadja started in Catering Recruitment in 1997. Here she met Colin Thornton and together they opened Full Circle Catering Agency in 2002. In 2008 they expanded and opened Full Circle Care Agency, so they could provide the Nursing Industry with Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Cooks… the Full Circle!!
Enjoys swimming, cricket and yoga.
Rachel Wood
Director
Rachel has worked in the Hospitality Industry in various Management roles, as a Trainer and as a Chef. In 2002 she graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with an Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering Management. Rachel continued to work in Catering Operations until 2005 when she joined Full Circle Catering as Consultant; this evolved her career into recruitment. Rachel was made a Director of Full Circle Employment Agency Ltd in 2012.
Enjoys circuit training, running and travelling.
Craig French
Senior Catering Consultant
Craig trained as a chef at West Notts College and has been in the hospitality trade ever since. Craig has worked as a Head Chef in many high-end restaurants, hotel chains and independent establishments. In 2011 Craig could be heard on Mansfield 103.2 radio regaling the listeners in his twenty minute slot to the latest recipes, seasonal food and reviews of other chefs’ dishes in the area. Craig was on our relief chef team before he joined us in the office in February 2013.

Susan Cooper
Senior Care and Training Consultant
Susan started her working career in the NHS as an Auxiliary Nurse, then changed roles and worked as a Cook for Nottingham County Council Schools. Susan then enjoyed being a mother of 3 which included twin boys! Susan also worked in an Advertising Agency for the Daily Mail. Following this Susan was the Customer & Training Manager for EON. Susan joined Full Circle Care Agency in March 2011 and is now the Senior Care Consultant.
Enjoys her dog Jose and travelling.
