This is a huge milestone for us, and I want to thank all our loyal clients and staff for their support and trust.

After working in National Agencies, I decided to take the plunge and open an agency that didn’t rely on volume sales, but the right skill set of relief staff for each individual client. I believe, this is certainly the reason why we are here today along with our loyal team of consultants who look after all the clients and staff. Communication, honestly and humour are just some of the attributes that have led to Full Circle still being in business.

We have experienced lots of challenges along the way, recession in 2008 (we opened a Nursing Division) and covid 2020.

Unfortunately, we had to make half the consultant team redundant, and it felt like someone had cut a thread on a well-made jumper. I just saw the business unravelling and it was out of my control. We had to make quick business decisions keep the business afloat, which has involved many a sleepless night, but I’ve always tried to remain positive for the Full Circle Team and the all the Relief staff.

As such, we survived the pandemic and are steadily building the business back and have since opened an Education Department.

We now offer a diverse range of staff ranging from Chefs, Catering & Healthcare Assistants, Nurses to Nurse Practitioners ….Plus we deliver on-site accredited healthcare Training.

We continue to offer high-quality staffing solutions to our clients; exemplary service and truly care for all our staff individually. I have had several staff that move area/job and then return to us, and we know exactly who they are, which is all part of being a personal company.

I must also praise the team of dedicated consultants who have been with Full Circle for over 10 years along with the team of skilled professional agency staff who work hard to deliver the best results for our clients. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we look forward to serving all our clients and staff for many more years to come.
